North West Mediation Solutions’ members are accredited by either CEDR or ADR Group and have extensive experience in every type of dispute that may occur, including insurance disputes, commercial contracts, construction and valuation, personal injury, employment, sports contracts and neighbour disputes, to name but a few.

Matrimonial mediation is not an area covered by the members of North West Mediation Solutions but advice can be given as to appropriate mediators.

2. Training. The Members of North West Mediation Solutions offer:

• Mediation-specific advocacy training to those involved in dispute resolution.
• Preparing for mediation.
• Mock mediations, enabling the audience to get an insight into the various stages of the mediation process - tactics will be highlighted at each stage and both good and bad practice will be demonstrated.
