Other information

Roger, through his many years of experiencing “court door settlements”, believes that early settlement is always better. Rarely does either person or company involved in a dispute achieve a better result at trial than would have been achieved by earlier discussion or mediation. He sees that the “bottom line” is an obsession, and those in dispute ignore, at their peril, the advantages of bringing a dispute to an end so that they can get on with their lives, or their business. They under estimate the effect of that dispute on their business life, home life and general well-being.

The experienced and skilful mediator can facilitate an agreed solution for people in dispute which will satisfy them all.
