John Hewison

John is a Solicitor with 33 years of experience, specialising in company and commercial law, including corporate governance and sports law.

He has held the position of Managing Partner and is currently Senior Partner at one of Manchester’s leading firms. He became a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a Member of the CEDR Panel of Mediators in 2002.

Jeff Lewis

Jeff is a Solicitor with 15 years of experience. He specialises in commercial contract disputes and warranty claims (with particular experience in the sporting sector); professional negligence claims and property litigation (including commercial landlord and tenant disputes) within one of the North West’s leading firms.

He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2001 and became a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a Member of the CEDR Panel of Mediators in 2000.

Jeffrey Terry

Jeffrey is a Barrister with 30 years of experience, specialising in commercial disputes (including the interpretation of, and claims involving the interpretation of insurance policies); trusts, partnership and shareholder disputes.

He became a CEDR Accredited Mediator in 1997 and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Tim Wallis

Tim is a solicitor with over 25 years of experience in many areas of the law including commercial litigation, but particularly in the personal injury / insurance field, both for Claimants (initially) and Defendants (latterly).

He has held the position of Senior Partner and Chairman of one of the North East's leading firms, working from it's North West office. He trained as a Mediator with the ADR Group and has been conducting mediations since 1994. He currently chairs the ADR committee of the Civil Justice Council.

Stephen White

Stephen is a Solicitor with 35 years of experience, specialising in all aspects of commercial property (including development, landlord and tenant, investment and management and funding).

He has held the positions of Senior Partner and Managing Partner within one of the UK’s leading regional firms and became an ADR Group Accredited Mediator and a Member of the ADR Group Panel of Mediators in 2006.

He is also a member of The Association of Northern Mediators and The Manchester Mediation Panel and is the Immediate Past Chairman of pro-manchester.

Mark Whittell

Mark is a Solicitor with over 25 years of experience, specialising in banking, insolvency and partnership matters.

He is currently Head of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of one of the UK’s leading regional firms and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a Member of the CEDR Panel of Mediators.
